“In high school I was a nerd and very academic. On the weekends, instead of going out and partying, I’d close myself in my room and read Shakespeare. I hid from boys. I didn’t know what a boyfriend was, although I think I wanted one.
He wondered how she’d take his words, not knowing her all that well in general, except that he knew who she was, in general, had talks with her now and again on the dash and had been over to her house, but aside from that, what did he know? What did he know of her likelihood of sleeping with anyone? All he knew that even though they had been plenty drunk the other night, nothing had really happened, she hadn’t tried too much and he hadn’t been drunk enough to try and insist it went farther than it did to see if he could get anything out of her. He wet his lips and watched her before he tilted his head a little when she leaned up to his ear, something easier done in those heels of hers, completely distracting her with his words.
Did that mean what he thought it meant? His lips parted and he looked at her as she moved back and then away from him, over to the hedge. His eyes drank her in, sucking in a breath and his lips curved into a smirk, starting to follow her off to the hedges, slowly, making it more like a meander so she could feel the anticipation building. He moved behind her and reached on either side of her to hold the balcony near the hedges, creeping toward her while he essentially blocked her into a corner, though she was slight enough she could duck out whenever she wanted to, really. “Does that mean you’ll allow me to spend your evening with you?” He tried to tone his words down, not let it sound so sexual this time, even though his voice was rich with lust now and he dipped his head in close, his lips grazing against her neck as he inhaled her sweet skin and felt his cock twitch in his boxer briefs and suit pants, getting the urge to crush his hips against hers but not acting on it yet.
She smiled mischievous. Her mind wandered on all the boys that had handle her time enough that they ended up snogging – none of them was good enough to get inside her pants so far. She thought about Stefan for a second. She was so drunk when she was with him; she wondered if that was what set him off. Sophia watched as he wet his lips and did the same, slowly sliding her tongue over the bottom one and the tip softly over the top lip. But this time she was sober and she had to make a decision… “If it’s that what you want” she muttered taking a step forward and feeling her body brushing gently on his. That showed she had made a decision. She was ready to act like she wasn’t a virgin, but she’d finally lose her virginity. Sophia never fantasized about doing it with someone special, at a special time. She actually didn’t give much thought about it.
The brunette put one of her hands over his and finally shortened the distance between their bodies; letting her lips brush over his and her free hand instinctively cupped his neck. That was probably the craziest thing she had ever done; even after being drunk and actually hitting on people. Lord, she was boring; she thought. Sophia she moved a bit – she had to find somewhere else, more private,
If you wanna para, let me know that we can start a chat to plot between your characters ic/ooc… Just let me know.
Straightening up a little when she opened the door, his green eyes were instantly on her face and then dropping lower, drinking in her appearance. He scraped his lower lip with his teeth when he saw the buttons undone on her shirt, reminding himself that she was drunk right now. Drunk and incredibly pretty. Shaking his head at himself, he looked past her, smiling at her, “Thank you.” He licked his lips and passed her into her studio apartment, eyes training around. For some reason, he expected something more. Sophia kind of looked like money to him, like she came from it, or should have lots of it. Then again, she was going to be a doctor, so even if she didn’t have a lot of money right now, she would, undoubtedly, in a few years time.
She’d be able to move into the kind of place he had to con his way into. Unscrewing the cap on his tequila again, he had another sip as his eyes roamed. “Nice little place you’ve got yourself.” He nodded as he came inside and spotted her couch to go plop down, seating himself. His eyes fixed back on her, smiling when he turned back to look for a glass, grabbing one and pouring himself some tequila, figuring she’d like it better if he wasn’t just drinking out of the bottle more than he had been, though perhaps the twice he had now was bad enough. “Have you lived here a while?” His eyes trained back to her, admiring her.
Her back was against the door and she bit her bottom lip, staring at him carefully. Stefan had certainly a perfect jaw line; and the way his lips formed a line near the corners of his mouth… He just had all the appeal he had on those pictures and she wanted to throw herself over him. Would he think she was a completely slut? Though, who knew? Maybe drunk!Sophia was. “Hmmm” she mumbled walking to the couch. “Yeah” she nodded softly throwing herself on the empty spot near him. Maybe she was drunk enough to do the things she wanted and not enough to throw up on him or other thing as embarrassing as it. “My parents…” she stopped a little, her head spinning for a moment. “…They wanted me to live in a fancy place on the Upper East Side or some other posh neighborhood” she explained herself. She probably sounded silly, but apparently when she was drunk she was a great talker.
“I just don’t understand why. I am comfortable here” she said and slid closer to him slightly. Sophia liked the fancy life her parents led and she had some cool stuff – besides, it was great to buy her books and everything she needed and wanted without worrying herself about it. She just had to put it on the AmEx and her father would take care of it. Sometime in the future she would have to worry herself about money, but for now she was comfortable on leading the simplest life she could – even though she was sure that she bought too many books. “I don’t need much money” she said almost explaining herself again. “What about yourself, Stefan?” she questioned, stretching her legs, putting one over the center table and another over his knee. Again biting her bottom lip, she watched as he drank the tequila. She bet that he tasted like tequila already. Or maybe it would be her own lips if she just leaned forward and kissed him…
Rosa sighed softly as she chewed and swallowed another bite of pizza and took a sip of her drink. Rosa, much like Sophia, knew well enough what it was like to have someone place the burden of their dreams on her shoulders even though it was something that she wanted to do too. She understood Sophia’s plight and sympathized, she just realized that Sophia was less independent than her. It was a personal struggle that she knew would find it’s way to the surface, she only hoped that Sophia wouldn’t crack under the pressure of it all when it did. Still, if all she could do was be there to be a friend and catch her when she fell, then she would do just that. Rosa gave Sophia a warm smile and nodded in agreement, shrugging her shoulders as she took another bite.” Well….” she began as she chewed.” You’re a smart girl and you’re totally gonna figure it out in your own time. And when you do, you’ll be kicking ass and taking names, sister!” Rosa laughed.
The night was still young, and though it started on a slightly depressing topic, Rosa was determined to perk the mood of the room back up. It was what she did best. Pulling her hair up int a bun, she finished the last of her pizza and bounced her way over to the television to put in a DVD and then showed the case to Sophia. ” In the mood for a chick flick? I love love love Steel Magnolias but if you want I have a ton of rom coms and Disney movies for us to watch too.” She smiled. “B.R.B.!” she said cheerfully as she disappeared into her room for a few moment and came back out with a huge pink caboodle and set in down on the couch next to her friend.” When you’re all done with your pizza we can start on your manicure! I used to do these all the time back home with my sisters and my friends when I had slumber parties so don’t worry, I’m a pro.” she winked. “Oh and I know you said you didn’t want a pedicure but I have a foot bath too if you want to soak your feet while we watch. I always soak mine after a long day. It keeps my feet soft and ladylike.” Rosa laughed. Want another wine cooler before we start?” she asked smiling.
She shook her head a bit annoyed. Of course she was smart, but not always things had a solution. Sometimes things just had it is own way of happening and they had to deal with it. Fate, Buddha, God, Karma… Or maybe it was her, that since a very young age she got used to the life plan her parents had for her and she wasn’t sure if she could take it any other way. Actually, Sophia didn’t even know if she had a life of her own. She was the person that her parents raised her to be and that was such a good person for her and everybody else – a well respected member of society – that she didn’t really see the point of changing. You shouldn’t mess with winning time, they say. She shrugged getting one of the small pieces of pizza she had already cut. There was a little bit of tension in the room and like every other important and uncomfortable matter, Sophia was determinate to ignore it.
Pretending that she didn’t notice the atmosphere, she focused all her attention in another piece of the pizza – one of the last – separating the topping of the cheese. Rosa started talking again and as suddenly she left the room before Sophia could reproduce an answer. Normally, the brunette wouldn’t go for a chick flick – her first option would be something of the French cinema or the German, but since she was trying something new, she might as well dive with everything into that experience. She swallowed the last piece of pizza, putting the plate over the center table and rested her hands on her lap. “Oh, I am done” she said just gesturing her free hands. She laughed about Rosa’s enthusiasm and stretched her hands for her. She actually had to be looking good always. That was the reason her nails were already painted in a light color – her parents wouldn’t like to see a dark color there. “Hmmmm” she muttered thinking. She wasn’t much of a drinker, but it wouldn’t be polite to refuse. “Alright” she nodded, agreeing to both things and letting Rosa lead the night.
Just not a good day?
Are you worried..? I’m okay, I suppose…
A bit, I guess. Suppose? Why? Did something happen?
